Terry Holt, a founding partner at HDMK, has run public affairs campaigns on the international, national and regional levels since the firm’s inception a decade ago. His experience runs across multiple sectors, from energy, health care and telecommunications to financial services and real estate. As a partner at HDMK, he has advised CEO’s of Fortune 100 corporations and leaders of major associations on media strategy and high-level crisis communications.
Holt also has over 20 years of experience in politics and public service. He served as a top spokesman and communications senior advisor for both of George W. Bush’s successful runs for President. He has worked in both the House and Senate, as communications director for former Speaker John Boehner, Majority Leader Richard Armey, and Ohio Governor John Kasich during his time as House Budget Committee Chairmen. His first job on the Hill was with Senator Richard Lugar from Indiana, where he worked as deputy press secretary during high stakes battles on the Senate Foreign Relations Committee. Holt is also a veteran of the Republican National Committee and the National Republican Congressional Committee.
